John H. Capobianco, Chairman of the Board
John H. Capobianco is Chairman of the Board at Lumigent Technologies, Inc, a leader in applications for governance, risk and compliance. With over thirty years of experience in the IT industry, Capobianco is a proven business executive and technologist with a gift for articulating a compelling vision and inspiring an organization to successfully execute that vision. Before Lumigent, Capobianco grew the business and brands of large companies such as Hewlett-Packard, SAP and CA as well as leading growth companies through successful IPOs and exits at Bluestone Software and MEDecision.
Clifford Pollan, Chief Executive Officer
Clifford (Cliff) Pollan is Chief Executive Officer, responsible for advancing Lumigent’s growth by overseeing company strategy, product development, operations, and financial management. Cliff brings more than 25 years of experience in information technology to Lumigent. Prior to Lumigent, he was Co-Founder, President and CEO of NewsEdge Corporation (originally Desktop Data). At NewsEdge, he was a member of the executive management team that guided the company through a successful IPO. He later led the sale of the company to Thomson Corporation. At Thomson, he served as Executive Vice President of Technology and Alliances at Dialog, a Thomson business providing online-based information services. Cliff also served as Director of Sales at Lotus Development Corporation, as a member of the management team of Isys Corporation, and was with Data Resources, Inc. He holds a B.S. degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Jim Cumella, Vice President Worldwide Sales
Jim Cumella has a 20 year track record of success building high-performance sales teams. Before joining Lumigent, Jim was Executive Vice President of North American Sales at Tumbleweed Communications, a recognized leader in providing secure internet communication solutions for enterprises and government. At Tumbleweed Jim was responsible for driving annual revenues in excess of $50 million. Prior to Tumbleweed, he was Regional Vice President of Sales at Alphablox Corporation where he drove bookings from under $2 million to over $20 million in less than two years. Jim has also served as Area Director for Red Brick Systems, Inc. and held various senior positions at Information Builder, Inc. He holds a dual M.S. degree in Information Systems and Marketing from Fordham University.
Roger Hodskins, Vice President, Marketing & Alliances
Roger Hodskins is vice president of Marketing and Alliances, responsible for product vision, demand generation and strategic partnerships. Roger has more than 25 years of industry experience and a proven track record of leading teams to success. Prior to Lumigent, Roger played pivotal roles in the development of pre-IPO companies NetGenesis and SQA and served on the management teams that took them both public. His success at SQA included growing the organization from less than 10 employees to more than 100 with $35 million in revenue. At NetGenesis, Roger contributed to efforts that quadrupled the customer base. In addition to the aforementioned companies, Roger has held a variety of senior sales, marketing and business development positions with IBM, Kodak, Wang, Torrent Systems, Rational and Ascential. Whether it’s with an early stage company, a Fortune 500 organization, or for his own business venture, Roger enjoys building emerging products and organizations into lucrative and successful companies. Roger holds a B.S. degree with High Honors in Forest Production from Purdue University and an MBA from the Graduate School of Management at the University of Rochester.
Ron Nall, Executive Vice President, Products & Services
Before joining Lumigent Technologies, Ron, as a consultant, provided product management and customer support services to a variety of Fortune 1000 companies. Previously, he was Executive Vice President of Services and Product delivery for SynQuest, Inc. He also held executive positions at PowerCert, Datalogic International and Computer Associates International, and key posts with UCCEL Corporation, Texas Instruments, and Electronic Data Systems. He Holds an MBA and BS in Managment from the University of West Florida.
Jon Jesse, Vice President Engineering
Jon Jesse has over 15 years of experience in developing enterprise applications, the past 8 with Lumigent. As the architect of AppGRC, Lumigent's award-winning solution for application data auditing, Jon is uniquely qualified to lead the engineering team in driving innovative solutions for both current and future customers. Prior to Lumigent, Jon was a Senior Software Engineer at Compuware Corporation, and a technical lead for the Driver Studio product line. Jon has a B.S. degree in Biochemistry from The Ohio State University.
