Lumigent understands that providing information about yourself is an act of trust, and we treat this trust very seriously.
Lumigent only collects and stores information that you provide to us voluntarily, in connection with a request for information from our company. We collect and store standard contact information such as: name, title, company, address, telephone number and email address.
By providing us with your contact information, you agree to allow us to contact you from time to time with:
- Information about our technology or business,
- Updates of our software or supporting collateral,
- Notification of new products or services,
- Support in evaluating and using our technology,
- Answers to questions,
- Special offers or promotions,
- Other information that we believe may be of interest to you.
Do we share your information?
No. Lumigent does not sell or rent your contact information to anyone.
Removing yourself from our lists
Lumigent follows the policies associated with the CAN SPAM Act. If at any time you would like to remove yourself from our communications, please follow these instructions:
- Send an email to listmanager@lumigent.com
- Please put the word “REMOVE” in all upper case letters in your subject line
- Allow us up to 10 business days to process your request
Note: Please avoid other subject lines like, “Please remove” or “Take me off your mailing list.” Having just the one word REMOVE in all upper case letters helps us easily identify your request among the other emails we receive.
There is one exception:
In all cases, Lumigent reserves the right to contact existing customers with important information about updates to existing products.
Changes to the Lumigent Privacy Statement
This Privacy Statement was put in force on September 25, 2000 and was last modified on October 19, 2007. Lumigent reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy Statement at any time and for any reason. If we make any significant changes to our information privacy practices, Lumigent will post a notice of the change on this web page.
