Lumigent to Secure Business Management Information for Small and Midsize Businesses on SAP® Business One

SAP Business One TechSummit (San Francisco) – December 6, 2005 – Lumigent Technologies, Inc., an industry leader in information security management solutions, today announced that it has partnered with SAP America, Inc., the US subsidiary of SAP AG (NYSE: SAP) in an effort to secure business management information for small and midsize enterprises. As part of the agreement, Lumigent will provide an SAP Business One Module of the Lumigent® Audit DB™ product to offer through SAP’s partner network.
