Application Governance Risk & Compliance (AppGRC) Service Offerings
Lumigent's AppGRC service offering is designed to increase the ease with which your Finance and Compliance Divisions can ensure that your key enterprise applications are fully compliant with your financial controls and compliance needs. Demonstrating that key application controls are adhered to, supporting key business processes and financial controls, and providing required underlying documentation, are often very difficult and time-consuming tasks. These tasks often involve an expensive mix of manual processes and application-driven modifications.
Lumigent subject matter experts will work with your company to examine a specified business application order to establish audit and compliance requirements, identify application inefficiencies and vulnerabilities, and define a tailored control catalog to enhance the integrity of application data and ensure regulatory compliance. Once that design is complete, we will work with you to roll out your own configured solution, based on our unique data-centric capabilities. By implementing a tailored Lumigent solution, you can realize immproved efficiencies, improve the scope of monitoring and controls, and greatly reduce your cost of governance, risk control, and regulatory compliance.
Regardless of how you define terms like governance, risk management, and compliance, companies’ activities in these areas are typically fragmented across technologies, manual processes, competing internal organizations, and various policies. Discovery & Analysis
We start with Discovery and Analysis sessions to; understand the organizational compliance and regulatory requirements for your application, identify the controls or areas of high risk for which the Lumigent audit product will be used, determine the audit and reporting requirements for the targeted application and audit sources, perform a high-level gap analysis to identify which controls and risks that need to be addressed. Key outputs for these stages include; a revised controls framework or library, a documented data table and field mapping to controls for the specified application and audit sources, as well as reporting details and distribution model.
Solution Development
Once the Discovery & Analysis sessions are completed we move on to Solution Development to tailor the configuration attributes for our product to provide the required audit, monitoring, alerting, business process control, and reporting as identified earlier.
Solution Deployment
Solution Deployment involves the technical product installation, product configuration, training for your administrative and operations personnel, as well as training for the consumers of the information produced by your solution.
